What this policy covers
This policy covers data collected through e-conneq.com, the marketing site. It does not cover data processed inside EhrOS or ScholoraOS tenant instances — those are governed by each institution’s own product-level tenant agreement, issued separately at onboarding.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions — name, organization, role, and the operational details you choose to share.
- Newsletter subscriptions — email address only.
- Aggregate site analytics — pages visited, general location, device type.
- Theme and language preferences — stored locally in your browser, never sent to our servers.
How we use it
Contact form data is used solely to respond to your consultation request and follow up on scheduling a demo. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and improve the site. We do not sell contact data to third parties, and we do not run advertising pixels on this site.

To request a copy of, or the deletion of, data submitted through this site, contact us at hello@e-conneq.com. We aim to respond to all data requests within 30 days.
